Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans offered by LMIAComply, including the one-time Single Package purchase and the monthly Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of the order. For subscription plans, the 30-day window applies to the initial subscription payment; renewal payments may be refunded on a case-by-case basis if requested promptly after the renewal charge.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate the order using the email address on your receipt, or
- Contact us through the in-application support channels and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically completes within 5–10 business days.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time through in-app account settings or through the customer portal linked from your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the current period unless it falls within the 30-day guarantee window.
4. Credits already consumed
Package-export credits that have already been consumed to generate a compliance package are considered used services. Refunds within the 30-day window remain available for the unused portion of your plan; we may deduct the list-price value of any consumed one-time credits from the refund amount.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer — we can almost always resolve billing questions faster than the chargeback process.
